Orders are processed and shipped within 1-10 business days in our warehouse (Holidays, Saturday, & Sunday do not count as business days). Our items are made on-demand so there is production time.
Estimated delivery times apply after your order leaves our warehouse and depends on the shipping method you selected. We will email you tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within our standard delivery times and you will be given the option to change or cancel your order.
Items are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service).
ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:
Domestic orders typically take 3-7 days to be delivered, after production.
ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:
Shipments of international orders may typically take 7-21 days to be delivered from the date of purchase. International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 7-14 days depending on the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow 4-6 weeks for international delivery.
You will receive an email with tracking information, and a text if chosen, once your order has left our warehouse. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update on your package. Clicking on the tracking number in the email will direct you to a tracking page. If this does not work, you may need to copy and paste the tracking number from the email into the appropriate shipping service.
Your order is shipped via USPS, the tracking number will be 22 digits long.
We will accept unwashed/unworn/unopened merchandise for exchanges within 5 days of purchase. The return date will be determined by the postmark on the returned package. Sale, promo code used, or discounted items are final sale.

There is a small window of time for us to change or cancel your order before we send it to production.
We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped. Contact customer service no later than 6 hours after purchase for a chance to change order.
If you would like to cancel and your order is already in production our return/cancelation policy will apply.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight, shipping method, and delivery address of your order. You will see your total shipping costs at checkout before you are asked to provide your payment information.

Please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it’s not in any of your folders, please contact us below and we’ll help figure out the problem. It is possible you may have entered your email address incorrectly. So please email us with your order number so we can check and get the information updated if needed.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPARELWe use premium inks and dyes on all of our garments. With the harsh washing and drying machines, our items may be damaged by washing cycles and high heats easier because of that. So the washing instructions here help our garments, dyes, and inks last years longer than just throwing it in the wash.
Hand wash only!
Hang to dry
Iron backside/front down on low heat.
Do NOT bleach, machine wash, or dry.
Doing these 3 things helps all of our garments last for years to come. Of course, we understand you may by mistake throw it in the washer. If you do please wash only in COLD water for the dyes and ink to not be damaged by the hot or warm water and do not put in the dry and follow the above steps.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
Our office hours are Mon-Fri 9-5 PST. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
However, you can place an order on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you email us after hours, a representative will be back in touch the next business day.
